ABOUT THE HOST

Dr. Jerome J. McCarthy (aka Dr. J) is actively involved in coaching youth sports and molding young men & women into being confident and productive young adults. Simply known as “Coach” within his community, he champions programs/policies that support youth advocacy and offers free career & life mentoring through his sports club and nonprofit org. Dr. J is the proud biological father of eight, and a bonus father to many. This Ohio native (Go Bucks!) currently resides in Texas with his wife Marla and their seven children. He has a BS in eMarketing, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior. He is also an author and is certified in Project Management and Nonprofit Leadership.
